Last updated January 13th, 2025, please do read below. EU countries have GDPR data rights. Did you know of the ‘Right To Delete’ rule? I’d suggest searching online for the latest outlines. I’m encouraging all EU visitors to learn more about this, the link is at the bottom.
We hold some personal details about you and this document explains why we have that information, how we use and handle it and your rights to that information. We do not use your data for anything it’s just as Europeans we have the right to opt out of things we don’t want. I don’t click ‘accept cookies’ on another website, and I expect you’re here because you don’t want to do so either.
We do not use AI or large language model (LLM) tools to process your data. Any public GPT’s created by Nina May Payne will not be used to harvest responses, or to use any of your inputs for personal or business gain.
All client interactions, content creation, and communications are handled directly and personally by us. As a small business, we focus on delivering tailored, hands-on services and simply don’t have the time or need to incorporate AI into our processes. Your data remains securely managed without the involvement of automated tools.
I hardly send out a newsletter, I think my last database email was in Covid and probably 4 years previous to that. So if you’re a past client I may email you once every 4 years. You can tell me to sod off after you read the legal stuff below OK?

Extra information: This privacy page was created in 2022 before AI agents and ChatGPT custom model capabilities. This January 2025 update is to add my own note as I’ve created multiple custom chat agents; both for SEO clients, associates and my own personal use. The most recent model is for VideoObject schema generation, there’s extra information required than in 2024. All creators need to add Open.ai schema, I’m using ‘none’ for authentication as it’s late at night and I didn’t fancy wrestling with Google API at midnight.
