Recruitment Agency – Temporary Staffing, Casual to Permanent
Back in 2004, I spotted a local recruitment agency were looking for a trainee Recruitment Consultant. Change Recruitment in Weston-super-Mare are a finance and accounting specialist recruiter, I had taken my AAT qualification a few years prior and jumped at the job opportunity. Over the following three years I gained on the job training in both recruiting for temporary and permanent roles, from Credit Control, Purchase Ledger, Bookkeeping up to Finance Director and Management Accountants with CMA, AAT, ACCA and CFA qualified candidates.
I’m a sole trader freelancing from home in sunny Somerset. Established in 2008, the way that I work is different to large agencies, I carry out a bulk load of work in 30 days then once this is in place we can agree on the number of hours you would like to hire me for, usually between 4 and 8 hours ongoing every month.
